OPERATIONS MANAGER

In charge of the hotel on a day to day basis, this person will report directly to the General Manager and lead a team of talented Departmental Managers. You will already have managerial hospitality expierience and an industry qualification, would suit an individual looking to further their career in the hotel industry.    

SECOND CHEF

To complete our talented kitchen brigade and working alongside Executive Chef Nick Mort, we are looking for an expierienced and innovative chef. WEEKEND NIGHT PORTER

Duties include reception, security and bar work so you must be over 18years of age.If you're friendly and like variety in your work and are happy to work overnight then this role will be ideal for you.Working in a safe environment and part of an important team, give us a call and we can discuss this role with you.
