A choice of 8 of the following items - £11.50 per person

Free delivery within 2 miles

Up to 5 miles - £10.00

Over 5 miles - £15.00

Crockery Hire 

Cups, saucers, plates, bowls - £0.50 per item plus VAT

(Any breakages or losses must be paid for)

Waiter/Waitress Service

£10.00 per person per hour
