Rhys Roberts – Hotel Director: A professional hotelier for more than 30 years, Rhys is committed to the development of the hotel as a major conference venue in the South West while ensuring high standards to all its clients.

Wayne Hartrey - Operations Manager: Wayne utilises his considerable experience and enthusiasm to not only be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hotel but also run the conference services department with flair and professionalism.

Mandy Spiller– Head Housekeeper: Mandy has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the tourist industry and organises the housekeeping staff to ensure our high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained.

Sam Keating - Conference Coordinator: Sam works out of the hotel sales office and would be delighted to discuss your booking.

Sue Winterbourne - Reception Manager: Sue has recently earned her promotion and her experience and leadership skills will benefit the team and guests alike.

Carol Brown- Financial Controller: Carol is responsible for the efficient running of the hotel’s finance department.

James Creedy-Pearne - Executive Head Chef:- James joined the hotel recently and has lots of experience and expertise, he cooks with a passion for food sustainability.

Carol Ahern – Gallery Restaurant and Banqueting Manager: Carol is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our restaurant and bar along with her team of supervisors and staff who all have a dedicated approach. Customer care and service is an important part of her training ethos and this is very apparent in our restaurant.

Terry Avern - Maintenance Manager: Terry is responsible for the maintenance of the building and its many systems, he is also the hotel's health and safety officer.
